The (North Vietnam Community Service) trip was fantastic- it really hit all the criteria I was hoping for. As I have come to expect from etr it was well organized, well prepared and everything went off without any problems what so ever. Our two etr tour leaders were fantastic as well. Trang with her behind the scenes work/calls ahead etc., and lovely Xuyen who was bubbly, always smiling and positive. You have found a gem there. The house building and the whole village experience provided a true eye opener for the students. I should be able to give you some 2011 dates when I return from Easter break
