We are back from our trip to Vietnam. I have to say that it was one of the most enjoyable trips I have ever taken and I am now finding it very difficult to settle back into work here.

Just a short not to thank you and mention that the CAC WWW ‘Historic Russia’ 2010 trip was perfect. I would like to compliment David on his patience and this concern for our 17 students. His understanding of students and of Russia was a true benefit to our group.

Also both our Russian guides, Valentia in Moscow and Katya in St. Petersburg were ‘amazing’ and just outstanding with the group. The group loved both of them.

You really do have a terrific staff. This is why, in my opinion, your organization is so successful. Organization, competence, planning, judgment, humor, patience…I could go on. In summary, we had a magnificent tour and just thanking you seems hardly adequate.

Gee, Mirjam, time has run so fast and I hope I see you in Nice this week to thank you for your great work. I just realized that I never answered your last e-mail about the Sicily tour. IT WAS PERFECT!!!!!! The whole concept and the trip were a great success.

First of all, thank you for all your excellent arrangements. (etr tour leader) Riccardo was FABULOUS, the hotel was SUPERB FOR OUR PURPOSE and the restaurant where we had our dinners was BRILLIANT. Massimo and his family treated us all as their own. Please book all the same for us for next year
